The run started at Iron Gate Farm, Croesyceiliog, by kind invitation of Roy and Sue Etheridge, (Roy pictured above) taking in views over Cwmbran, Llandegfedd Reservoir and part of the Usk valley.
A short break was taken over looking the Llandegfedd Reservoir
